Student perspectives on Stress Reduction and Meditation Class:
“I enjoy my classes and the instructor goes out of her way to make sure we get the most out of the session. It’s particularly helpful in eliminating my sleepless nights, and I’m more at peace with myself.”
-Dick Caruso
“I have honestly enjoyed everything so far, the techniques work and are skills I can use always. I can’t wait to keep learning more. The timing of Jessica teaching this class is so meaningful, useful and helpful to me. A blessing!”
