Meditation Made Easy - Monday June 30 & Monday July 7 -

A regular meditation practice can help you stay focused, calm and clear amidst chaos. Meditation creates an oasis where you can view your life with detachment, cultivating peace, happiness and health. It can also empower you to make healthy changes in your life. This short, free meditation class will show that there is no wrong way to meditate. Instead of teaching “one right way” to meditate, Jessica Berger, RN, CPFT, RYT will share 10 different types of meditations so that you leave with at least one or two practices that suit you. In addition to the meditations, there will be a discussion on how to create sacred space, handouts, and a question and answer period. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a shawl.
